Each buzzer takes 2 AAA batteries which are not included. You can use them as standard Quiz buzzers if using them with older children, or they can be used from memory games for toddlers or simply sensory items for babies. They are bright colours and well made so the risk of them getting broken when thrown by a toddler is quite low.
They are quite pricey at £17.94 but they would brighten up the classroom day if used in schools.
